We are a group of Members, i.e. home owners, who are prepared to give up our time and expertise on a voluntary basis, in order to keep control of Valley Park in our hands, rather than any potentially faceless and almost certainly expensive management company.
Having been elected, with the backing of Orbit, at the handover meeting on 8th February 2019, we are now registered directors of Valley Park Estate Ltd., the Valley Park management company. We are thus authorised to facilitate any work or action required to keep Valley Park a safe and pleasant place to live. We are:
