THE STORY SO FAR - 

The developer, Aroncorp, has handed over the management of the common areas of Valley to all members on 8th February 2019 and a board of directors was elected (see about us). Together we must now look after the common areas of Valley Park and the board has been working hard since the hand-over meeting (see achievements so far).

You are receiving this information because you own a property / rent in the Valley Park development in Rye. You probably already know that the developer, Aroncorp, has now handed over management of the common areas of the development to a volunteer Board, all directors of Valley Park Estate Ltd.

What we need you to do today is to sign up for the Valley Park newsletter. This is more than just a newsletter—it will be our main means of communicating to you about upcoming meetings and votes, important issues, and safety and security alerts.

You will also find our what work we have already addressed and any future plans being undertaken.
